Commissions 2013 (OPEN)

I am currently open for paypal paid commissions in a variety of mediums and genres at an hourly rate: $20 an hour and/or half up front(usually applies to larger projects). I will first need you to pm me with what you want. I'll ask questions and give you a time/price estimate. If you answer all my questions about what you want and agree to my service/prices I will then email to you some roughs for approval. Upon approval of a rough I'll create the work then send you a low res watermarked file for your final approval. Upon your final approval I will send the final total invoice/price. Upon your payment I will give you the large digital file of the work. I do an hourly rate so that it allows for revisions as I want to do my best to create art you want. I reserve the right to say no to any initial commission request I feel I cannot complete. There are no refunds after you approve a rough.
